At Broadway Wax, each piece of wax is homemade in small batches so there will be shape, size, and color variations. I will always charge for the lowest variation of each piece. Please bear with me as this is a brand new business and things might change as I learn and grow.

At the beginning of each month, a new Boxed collection inspired by a different musical will be made available for purchase. This offering period will last from the first of the month, to the 10th. Once the initial offering period is over, this box will no longer be available as a complete collection, but individual pieces from the box can be purchased shortly after the end of the initial offering.  For one time purchases, you will receive your product within 3-6 weeks. These dates are subject to change based upon volume sales and turnaround time.

How would you like to receive a new box of amazing Melts every month? If you’re interested in automatically receiving each new collection every month, a subscription service is available! Here is how the subscription works. Click the “Monthly Subscription” option in the products catalog. You will be billed immediately for the first month when you complete your purchase. Every subsequent month, you will be charged automatically on the 1st. You can expect to receive each new collection within 1 to 4 week and subscription fulfillment takes priority.

Wax is non-refundable and not returnable. The subscription box allows you try many different scent combinations, some you may love, some not as much. I cannot refund the pieces you do not like the shape, smell or color. However, if there is ever a problem with your order please contact me at Kristin@broadwaywax.com. At this time, I am not doing any international sales. Local pickup is available. When you are on the website and go to check out just pick local pickup and you will not be charged for shipping.
